The Just Panela Green Fairy
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Absinthe
- 1 oz Water
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Just Panela
- Garnish: lemon peel
Method: On the rocks
Glass: Old Fashioned
How to make:
1. Mix lemon juice with water in glass with ice
2. Place a Just Panela in a tablespoon spoon placed over glass.
3. Pour Absinthe into the spoon with Just Panela, let it overflow into glass.
4. Garnish with lemon peel.
